  • During the peak season, access may be restricted due to capacity constraints. You may have to wait in line to get in. And food supplies may not keep up. Please be patient and understanding.
  • The ticket has a short validity period, and non-refundable. If it's a long time before your travel date, we usually make a reservation 2-3 days in advance, just in case of your flight change or cancellation.

Chill-out at Abu Dhabi airport

You will have to queue 15-30 minutes to enter the lounge despite pre-booking. The dining room was busy but bat area was peaceful

The amenities in three floors are fantastic. The range of food and care is amazing. There are baby care facilities, play areas for children and quiet areas for adults. We have been enjoying the facilities for several years now.
