Best Trip and Tour Guide

Let me tell you this. The Tumpak Sewu view is of course breathtaking. Kampung Tridi was ok. Tour guide Akram is the best. Speak fluent english and bahasa. Very friendly and easy going person. You will never feel awkward with him. Very understanding and so helpful, as well as good in time slot management. Food provided was good. Driver Izzat is a very skillfull and safe driver. Highly recommended.

I was lucky to be guided alone by an exceptional tour guide during our visit to Mount Bromo and the waterfall. The sunrise view front of the volcano was breathtaking, and the hike to the waterfall, was an amazing experience too. Thank you at Hreesang for his enthusiasm and knowledge of the area , made the tour unforgettable. A big thank you for this memorable adventure!

The best way to see East Java's sights

What an amazing experience! Ubay was a great guide bringing us to some amazing off the main track spots so we really had some special experiences, especially the Tumpac Sewu waterfall long route, and he went to a special effort to get us some views of Bromo on a very foggy day! I would definitely recommend this experience!

East Java Tour

We did the 4D3N tour with Ubay as our guide. The communication and booking as well as questions were easily possible beforehand with the WhatsApp account of cheapbromo. Ubay picked us up from the airport in Surabaya and first explained a few things about the tour and our first destination. He looked after us very lovingly throughout the tour. My girlfriend had problems with her ears and had caught a cold. He kept asking how she was doing and looking after her. Ubay told us lots of interesting things about the places we visited and about Indonesian culture. The whole tour didn't feel hectic at all and was very well planned. We always had enough time at the different places and could really enjoy them. We also always had a bit of privacy and were able to enjoy the places as a couple, but Ubay was always there for us when we needed him. He also has a good eye for photography and took great photos of us that we will always remember. All in all, we can highly recommend Cheapbromo and especially Ubay as a guide.

Awesome tour! So simple to book and then everything was arranged and taken care of. Really appreciated how they could pick us up in Surabaya and then drop us off in Malang. We had both a driver and a great guide Rizky; they were always very punctual, well prepared and having local knowledge of where/ when to go was amazing. Rizky is an experienced photographer, always looking for the best angle to frame the shot / scenery- he even does astro photography of the starry sky at night! We booked the luxury option and loved the hotels that they organised for us. A very seamless experience, we felt extremely privileged and would highly recommend this tour company, and Rizky as a guide, to anyone.
