Really great class. Fun and delicious, and got to take home some goodies. Door was a little difficult to find, but once we found it, it was definitely worth it.

Really informative - learned how to temper chocolate and all about the secrets of Belgium chocolate making, along with some fun facts and stories. Our host was funny and helpful. One recommendation - don’t do it after a day of walking as there is a lot of standing involved! But it was a great fun and delicious time.

The host of the class (Calypso) was very personable and explained everything in detail. It was fun to learn the steps to make the pralines. Unique experience for couples, families, or individuals.
