Overview

The Old Bisbee Tour, led by a native guide, offers an authentic journey through historic Arizona. The native Bisbee tour guide provides an insider's look at Bisbee's history, featuring local legends and family stories not found in books. The tour is detail-rich, catering to varying interests, whether you're into architecture, history, or local folklore. What sets it apart further are the hidden routesā€”backroads and pathways known only to locals, taking you to spots that most visitors never get to see. The climate-controlled space offers comfort in any weather, and a removable roof allows for open-air enjoyment. Exceptional guest service is another highlight, aiming to meet your individual objectives for the tour. Accessibility is seamless, thanks to Amp Research Powersteps and overhead straps for easy Jeep access. Pet lovers will appreciate the pet-friendly policy, and if you're into geology, there's the added bonus of possibly finding minerals along the route.

Our Gide was friendly and well informed, answered questions and listened to comments made by all, stopped for picture taking and was very helpful. We loved our tour.

Excellent Tour From A Local

Published on Jan, 2025

Travis, our Tour Guide grew up in Bisbee. It was fun to hear his perspective on the town and his experience growing up in this mining town. He was very pleasant, accommodating and a plethora of knowledge. Highly recommend this tour! We selected it based on all the positive reviews. Well worth it!

Incredible Big Jeep tour of Old Bisbee

Published on Jan, 2025

Even if you have been to Bisbee before and think you "know" the town and its history, you will not regret taking one of the Big Jeep Tours with Travis. We were able to capture a reservation for the 2-hour city tour and were blown away not only by the wonderful out-going personality of Travis but also his intimate in-depth local knowledge that comes from being a Bisbee native. In his "Big Jeep" he is able to take you through the narrow, winding streets to historical sites and lofty observation points that provide an incredible perspective of the town as well as the surrounding mining area - places you would never find or would want to try to drive to on your own. If you can get a reservation in his busy schedule, grab it - you won't be disappointed.

LOVED IT!!!

Published on Jan, 2025

We had the best time getting to see Bieber and Lowell with Travis! My dad and I booked a two-hour tour and really enjoyed ourselves. We learned an incredible amount from Travis - so much more than we would have if we'd just walked around town ourselves. It was also helpful to be in a jeep because my dad is in his 70's and the vertical incline in Bisbee would have been challenging. Such a wonderful tour - friendly, fun and we left feeling a real connection to the town. We'll be coming back!

Highly recommended!
