Each payment ensures hotel, guide, and transport allocations are secured as per your confirmed itinerary. All payments are non-transferable and must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) via bank transfer or approved payment link.

  • 50% payment - 60 days before departure
  • Late Payments: May result in cancellation & loss of deposit
  • “Non-transferable” = payment can’t be reused, reassigned, or moved to another booking or person.

Cancellation Policy

  • The following cancellation fees apply per person in the event of trip cancellation after booking confirmation. These charges are designed to cover non-refundable costs incurred with hotels, transportation, and local partners:
  • 60+ days prior to departure: USD 500 per person.
  • 30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
  • 20-29 days before departure: 75% of the total price.
  • 0-19 days before departure: 100% of the total price

This itinerary is designed around cherry blossom season, which typically falls from late March to early April in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. However, the route and experiences are enjoyable throughout spring and autumn when the weather is mild and scenery is at its best.

Yes. Private car transfers with a basic English-speaking driver are included from the airport to your hotel on arrival in Tokyo and from your Osaka hotel to the airport on departure, as specified in the itinerary.

Daily breakfast is included with the hotel stays. Most lunches and all dinners are excluded and will be at your own expense, giving you flexibility to choose local restaurants recommended by your guide or driver.

A private tour guide or English-speaking driving guide is included on designated touring days in Tokyo, Mount Fuji and Hakone, Kyoto, Nara and Osaka. Free days, such as the day in Hakone and free mornings, are unguided, though travel tips and maps are provided.
