Overview

*Entrance to Glen Moray and Tomatin Distillery will be included in tour price Whether you're a whisky lover or a whisky learner, you're bound to get a taste for it in the beautiful region of Speyside, in the comfort of a luxury, 16 seat mini-coach. The area is home to around 50% of all Scottish whisky distilleries, so there's almost too much to see and drink. Let your experienced driver-guide help you get the most out of the region by taking you to two distinct distilleries. It's a chance to learn about the incredible history, process, and flavors of Scotland's national drink. And if you're not a whisky lover, there's gorgeous scenery and a chance to explore the ruins of a stunning 12th century castle. There will be time for lunch on this full-day tour, however it is not included in the price.

Meeting Point

Please meet your Rabbie's guide at the bus stop next to Inverness Cathedral, Ardross Street, Inverness, IV3 5NS. Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour departs.

What To Expect

1. Tomatin Distillery Visitor Centre Their single malt and blended Scotch whisky has been around since 1897 and is a rich and wonderful way to start the day. 1 hour 30 minutes

2. Elgin Cathedral Your next stop will take you back in time to 1224 when it was built. Elgin Cathedral may be a ruin now but it was built dedicated to the Holy Trinity. Get your camera ready, it's well worth a shot. 30 minutes

3. Glen Moray Distillery Here, you may join a tour and discover the different areas of whisky production and sample the golden-hued spirit itself. Light, smooth, and fruity: savour a classic Speyside whisky at a 120-year old distillery. 1 hour 30 minutes
